The Official Google Webmaster Central Blog has announced Improved Flash indexing. Now Googlebot will see all URLS and text in your Flash files and crawl through your SWF files like a user would; clicking buttons, entering input and so on.
The article also highlights the remaining limitations Google has indexing Flash content, including Flash content in bidirectional languages such as Hebrew and Arabic.
